We wanted to create something that would show guests in our new neighbourhood what our food looked like in a very straightforward but BAO way - enter fake food. The usual process of making fake food requires using the actual dish to create a mould, but we could not ship our food to Japan, so we made a lengthy document with reference photos and measurements (down to the size of each cucumber slice) of the dishes.

If you find yourself in BPS anytime soon, the fake food we have made are now on display in the cabinets facing the Turbine Hall entrance.
